I'm not familiar with the 288 drivers but the only thread that makes any difference is the one in the body of the driver itself.

Don't go deeper then the stock bolts and just buy the nuts to fasten to the horns.

There is no need for any fancy dual threaded studs and the idea is to secure the driver to the horn with a non magnetic bolt.

sorry could only find 1 bolt ,so i do have a few screws loose in my head
as suggested with bowtie 427the e bay link of the auto parts is good
he should know as i guess he has a 427cc engine somewhere
